Start your weekend with community yoga!

If you're looking for a slower start to your weekend that doesn’t involve a screen or a to-do list, Reaching Treetops is offering a community yoga class this Saturday at 9 a.m. It’s approachable and open to all levels. No membership, no pressure, and pay-as-you-can. Just a good way to begin the day and reset your nervous system.

After class, you're walking distance from the heart of downtown Waukesha. just in time for the farmers market.

Wilson Organic Farm meat now available inside Martha Merrell’s Books
Martha Merrell’s has always been worth a stop for books, but now there’s even more reason to swing in on Saturday: locally raised meat from Wilson Organic Farm is now stocked in the freezer near the entrance.

Available this week:

  • Ground beef

  • Ground pork

  • Shredded beef

  • Pulled pork

  • Bacon

Buying local meat keeps your dollars circulating in Wisconsin and guarantees higher quality than what you’ll find pre-packaged at the store. If you’re already downtown for the farmers market, don’t miss it.

Best Eats

Tofte’s Table outdoor seating is open!

If you’ve been meaning to eat at Tofte’s Table, this is your reminder. Their outdoor seating is open and it’s first come, first served. No need for a reservation, but don’t wait until 6:30 and expect a table to appear out of nowhere.

Perfect for date night, long lunches, or pretending you're on a European patio in downtown Waukesha.

We recommend literally everything. But the Fried Chicken, Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Sticky Toffee Pudding are next level.
